A.I. is only stringing together what the user tells it to. For videos like this someone had to give very thorough and specific instructions to the program and guidelines to work within. Any vocal audio is either scripted or compiled from specific clips the A.I. was given to work with. Anyone who fears or doesn't understand these A.I. programs need only to try them for themselves to see how little work the A.I. actually does. It's a great tool but on it's own, A.I. is incapable of creativity.

As someone who makes and uploads both SFW and NSFW AI creations like this, just normally without the video, I can assure you that this script was made by a human. It’s just the Joe Biden reading part that was done by AI. It’s all separate tools that they use. The video was likely generated by Runway Gen 2, the script IF it was made my a robot would be ChatGPT but this script was man-made, then they use a tool like ElevenLabs to have it sound like Joe Biden is reading the script, then they edit it all together. It’s not yet at the point where you just type in “Joe Biden commercial” and it generates this on its own. Even if it was all one tool, there will generally be some human involved making adjustments to the AI’s output.

Its crazy because all of those ai videos just show how reality could glitch or get bugs. I never really could imagine how a bug in reallife could look like, ai just shows it perfectly.
