Many factors contribute to the way you feel and you need to distinguish what they are and work out what ones you can change, then do it. I've been on a severe caloric deficit to drop weight for the last 3 months, mainly due to being relatively inactive after being hospitalized (havent been able to get back into the gym yet, still down over 30 pounds in 3 months)- im living vicariously through paddy 🤣. I love this man's vibe, he's an absolute unit.
