Here I am on a no sugar diet, cold showers and 1500 calories per day.. 300 crunches/other stomach training per day to get rid of my dad belly, and he can just grow it at will, and you know he has a godlike sixpack whenever they call his name in a heartbeat... must be doing something wrong. :P

@@ForgottenGames not that this is my business but keto is way better. Way more things to eat and you aren’t doing extreme deprivation to your muscles/fat, it comes off naturally and you will feel great. ^_^ I lost 150 lbs on keto but you could lose 25-50 easily, it melts fat for you.

You don't really need to speculate once you start a relationship with God. Can't get a response from God? Fasting can help increase your perception and prayer can help initiate events.
