Y’ALL THIS WEEK I ATE SO GOOD :) This is a week where I didn’t exercise that much (except for hiking and walking my dog) and I ate out pretty much everyday! This is definitely not budget friendly so I don’t eat like this all the time. But I wanted to show you guys it’s okay to eat out and eat good food and not feel guilty about it!!! Hope you are all doing well and taking care of your bodies :)

I just had the time to binge watch all your recent videos and is it just me or are you uploading more frequently which is such a blessing 💗 it's nice to see you enjoying Thai foods 😊 and there was a popular trend in China where they just put walnut sandwiched inside a (dried) jujube so I tried making it and omg its so good!! Plus I felt less guilty snacking on it 😆
