I tried Tony Robbin's Ultimate Health Challenge for 10 days to see how a plant-based diet would affect my energy and weight. No meat, no dairy, no processed carbs, no alcohol, and no caffeine!
This diet was inspired by Tony Robbins' 10 Day Ultimate Health Challenge and the Harvard Healthy Eating Plate, created by nutrition experts from the Harvard School of Public Health.

This is awesome dude happy for you. Tony robins was a big high point in my life but unfortunately due to our flight schedule we had to miss to entire nutrition section so I never got to hear any of it

Awesome, I love Tony. Medical medium has a great plant based Diet which has really boosted my energy levels but what has made the biggest long lasting impact on my health and really boosted my metabolism was to do 3 day water fast.

Great video. I did this years ago after his Firewalk. I stopped, but honestly remember having so much energy. I haven’t had it since even tho I workout 6+ days a week. I’m thinking of a redo.

Long term was hard to keep up. I did it for about 30 days. I may go back or a pescatarian diet bc I felt so good. Hf with trying it out!

Plant based diet is around 3 times healthier, but let me tell you. Instead of a diet, try Whole food plant based

Cooking tofu in oil and veggies at +150C is like eating no veggetables. So let me ask, where are the veggies? Also through out of the video, there was really no hralthy food, obviously healthier than eating animals and their muscles.
