For pancakes you normally add Nutella on top. To invert it make a disk of Nutella(like you did with the chocolate) and freeze it. Add some pancake batter on the pan and place the Nutella disk on top. Then more batter on top of the Nutella disk and cook it. When you cut open the pancake you will see Nutella inside. I hope u liked the idea.
