Actually, the Nurti-Score has absolutely nothing to do with how healthy the product is. It's only comparing products of the same categorie (like cereal with other cereal) and signalling which one of them is "better" but not healthier. And it's litereally ONLY on Nestlé products in order to try and sell more of their stuff because people don't know what this score actually is and they do think that it's healthy.

If you want to cook rice, I know a good recipe. With long grain rice for every cup you put in the pot, put 2 cups water. Heat to a rough boil. Cover with a lid and turn the heat to low. The rice will be ready when you see no more water and the pot is filled with rice.

Sounds like you need probiotics to recharge your gut health. Kombucha is great for that and also yogurt. Those offer good bacteria to the gut.

Start a garden. You came from Europe where they don’t have the processed crap we grew up on. Stop eating our food. Even “healthy” stores here are (processed) foods. Our vitamins are processed beyond good! Everything we eat, drink, pills etc is processed beyond healthy!

I'm sorry you have been sick. It feels like the American experience, honestly - you go to the doctors only for them to tell you it is all in your head. It is NOT normal to be in good health all your life and then suddenly overnight your body is on fire with pain. I'm certain there are excellent health professionals here, but unfortunately, too many ignorant ones. Not to mention a strange and twisted health care and insurance system. PLEASE read: The best medicine for digestive issues is to improve your diet. I know your content involves eating (junk) but your health is #1. Stay away from dairy, sugar, excessive spicy food, carbonated drinks. These things are inflammatory. Eat real, unprocessed food and drink water. And eat the bulk of your food earlier in the day, avoiding eating close to bedtime. I genuinely wish to see you improve fast. Take care, Raphael.

I'm blood type A positive. My diet is mostly vegan. I do eat vegetables, and meat, as far as meats I can't have, I eat them only once a year.
