04:01 the pronunciation is almost correct, fusilli is written with a double l which would need you to proper pronounce some words to spend more time on the double consonant, as an example will use the word pappa: pappa means baby food, but if you spend not enough time on the pronunciation of the double p it will come out as papa, which is the pope 04:08 small edit, penne if you dont take time to pronunciate properly the double n will come out a pene, which is the penis. I hope that this small lesson might be helpful for everyone, have a nice day

....Every time I hear the dial-up modem sound I just remember "Kids and teens today will only know it as a meme, and will have to be explained where that god awful racket actually came from"...I grew up having to use that so I'm VERY familiar with that sound lol. Also I really do like this idea and the fact they can be done a day or two in advance and just reheated in a long water bath. Not a bad idea, canning is something that's making a bit of a come back given how expensive things are and how it's a good idea to have a store of ready to go supplies in an emergency.

A little bit of egg / egg yolk or some cheese will help the mash to have a better caramelization Also, cottage pie its good always, nobody will be mad with some potatoes and beef

@ChefPK, I look forward to getting your new AniBites book, once I get some "stuff" settled. Apologies if this stuff is already in your book, but jic, have you considered writing a meal prep recipe book? The repetitive actions of slicing, dicing, chopping, egg breaking/separating, whisking and so on, in various meal prep recipes could be a useful experience builder. It's no replacement for doing prep work at an actual cooking job, but some of us require more doing to learn. Anyways, even if the idea isn't useful to you, I hope you, Rachael and your fuzzy friends all have a great day.

As an Italian, I accept your apologies, as long as it tastes good. Pronounciation of fusilli was pretty close, just a weaker S and a stronger double L sound, like in "calligraphy"
