Good job man! I wouldn't go with Meyle for stuff like that though, last time I used a Meyle Giubo on my car, It only lasted a few weeeks/months...

The u joint in the middle of the driveshaft is a common source of driveline vibration. It's not serviceable according to Benz but there are places out there that will replace and balance. Just wondering if you noticed any notchiness or slop while you were inspecting it?

Possibly torque converter?

Thats a possibility. To me it does not feel like a torque converter shudder and it shifts smooth, I think at this point its the aftermarket (lemforder) Engine mounts that are causing it.
