Morning Russ enjoyed your video i had a plow that the pin fell out the three point hitch. Lifted up and sliced the back tire. Fun day that was. See you then

Hey there is always going to be something on a farm. Shame you have had some trouble with the new planter. Hey you can get a new drawer pin. I wouldn't trade that red tractor for a dozen green ones. As far as your field cultivator it looks like it is still in pretty good shape. Hoses are going to go bad on all of them at some point. Best piece of equipment for leveling land and getting a seed bed ready to plant. Good luck with the rest of your planting Russ.

Yes I can get a new pin but borrowed that one because I’m in a pinch. I think a rolling basket or cultimulcher would complement the field cultivator.

It's definitely time to just get rid of the tractor and planter. Between the fuel cap, drawbar, and the planter running out of seed, you just can't afford to keep using such undependable equipment.

Dang it Russ, you have been having some Nelson luck for sure 😳 That was perfect timing on the hitch, that could have been very bad for sure 😳😳 Boy it seems like something is trying to make a statement about that planter 🤔 Good thing Craig was around! Oh boy I misses a few spots with burn down as well 🤣🤣🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ I do love that 5088!! I also figured out the importance of a field cultivator this weekend myself. O am on the hunt now for sure!!! Hope things got better and smoother!! Thank you Russ for bringing us along, look fwd to seeing what's next!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸😁😁👍👍🌽🌽🌽

Spoiler Alert it’s field cultivating, lol! I will be on the hunt for a 25’ disk on 7” spacing and a 27’ foot rolling basket.

Hello, why is corn sown using no till technology? Strip till seems to be a better solution. Does this solution give greater profits or yield? What does fertilization of such corn look like? Greetings from Poland
@Thomasfarmstn2 ай бұрын
Hello Kox7, no till is used in my area because we are considered highly erodible. No strip till in my area. I have my fields sampled on a grid and the fertilizer variable rated. The old saying is there is more than one way to skin a cat.
