This inspired me to do the same thing and I can say it’s really hard. Died after 14 hours and I applied the same rules as u did. And it inspired me to keep trying. I have over 1300 hours into this game and I can say I will do it

Of all the no death o hit runs I've seen, this is the most skill based because you actually fight the bosses and not like the other streamers who abuse spells that oneshot the bosses. The only fight I didn't like so much was Gideon because I would have liked to see the fight after his speech and by the way he is not present in this video.

Thanks! Check the pinned comment, I accidentally skipped over a few bosses in this video. I did fight them, the pinned comment has links to the corresponding time stamps from live streams with these boss fights. As far as Gideon goes, he's far too high risk with his spell casting times, it creates frame traps that can lead to instant death. It's best to just nuke him and move on.
