@@TheCaticarueda Making money doesn't necessarily mean he doesn't care though. And maybe you're right and he doesn't care. But the people he's interacting with are obviously getting emotional comfort out of it, so I don't see an issue in it, you know? In my original comment, I was meaning more that the man was being extremely pessimistic and refusing to see any positivity in the world. And that's such a draining and unhealthy mindset to have, it's not good for the soul or your physical body.

Lost a cousin, my mom, my father in law, and then my father all in 2022, after my father passed his current wife took my little sister to another state and took her own life after secretly getting rid of a lifetimes worth of his belongings. A week ago (moved away January) I was finally able to see her again, take her to lunch, do a little shopping and just enjoy some time together. It was awesome, especially after the tough times we had been through. You are awesome dude, I hope you get to do things like this forever and continue to lift people up and show them that even when life is bad love is the light that breaks through the darkness.

I had different thoughts of the guy. When someone approaches and says you do not care, I feel like these are the type of people that feel or may have went through a situation where they haven't been understood or watched others not being understood and also wouldn't care for anyone around them going through pain, but wants others to only understand their pain only (but this guy is showing more stubbornness than anything else, so we don't exactly know if he is or has gone through pain...who knows). But he shouldn't have judged someone who was helping others, that is absolutely wrong & unnecessary! Edit: a hug is so powerful, so warm & comforting. I remember watching a video where hugging and crying was used in a country as therapy to release stress and anxiety.

Three weeks ago I lost my oldest son to gun violence at the young age of 23. My life will never be the same and the piece of my heart that he took with him is the most devastating pain I’ve ever experienced. Hearing about the overdose and the girl’s mother using drugs hits home. I’ve been an addict for 10 years and to see the damage I’ve done to my family is awful. So seeing these people hug you makes me understand what I’ve done and how my family must feel. ❤

I literally know where your coming from.. having full custody of my daughter her first 12 years of life, and me relapsing and having to give sole custody to her mother, and her going from seeing me everyday, to not seeing me for 2 years breaks my heart and can't imagine what it's doing to her... i thankfully just got my sublocade injection, and plan on turning my life around... I plan on doing right from now on.

That's because of the need for touch in human culture. You may not think that there's something as "touch starving" but there is, and we need touch, especially hugs because they meet more than just touch, including protection. Yes, many people have the need to cuddle.

@@claytonamsbaugh9013 i feel you man.. i lost a friend that was very dear to me. They took their own life and its been hard for me everyday. I regret not doing more things with him. I wish i could have at least noticed these signs and talked with him and been there when he need it. Just be their for your friend alright? Make sure they are okay. Talk with them and help them get through whatever it is they are going through, something i wish i could have done better

@@mess2304 yeah it was during school. Pretty tough to continue to go to the same school. But we couldn't afford to move. I started skipping entire days and just sat in my room. It was hard for me and my other pals to recover from this. I learned that i just gotta listen to people more and understand their situation and help them we all did and so thats what we did. But we did end up moving, all that just gone to waste

6th years anniversary of losing my mom 2 days ago, 5 years of my dog who fought for one more year to give me a little time to heal before I let him go in my arms. Both my grandmas and my grandpa died in the same year. The world needs more people like him. Sitting here crying like it was yesterday still I would've happily taken it.
