100% true I see too many managers in car sales talking instead of working meanwhile they're ignoring the fact two or three salesmen are at their desk trying to get deals done but have to wait on the managers to finish joking and screwing around. Too many unqualified managers, more like stooge managers than sales managers. Damn shame, retrain the entire dealership lol
