I Bought A 1973 Ford Thunderbird That Barely Starts & Drives...

Күн бұрынSo i bought an old ratty 1973 ford thunderbird with a 7.5L v8 that has everything in luxury! next video with this car we gonna start to fix all these small things you saw in the video like paint, interior, small engine things, and just make it a solid cruiser again.

I always like that year Thunderbird its something about that front end and those rear tail lights. it's beautiful just beautiful. 73 Thunderbird and the 1970 cougar just beautiful cars🤤

Those memories are classic. Towing the car - check. Done that. Make a v-belt that doesn't work - check. Overheating - check. Two day road trip - priceless!

Here is a hint for you guys ! DON'T BEAT ON A CLASSIC CAR THAT OBVIOUSLY NEEDS ATTENTION ! FURTHERMORE YOU SHOULD DO MORE RESEARCH BEFORE GOING ON A ROAD TRIP . NEXT TIME CONSULT A EXPERIENCED COLLECTOR . IT WOULD HAVE BEEN CHEAPER TO HAVE IT TRANSPORTED!!!!!

Exactly spot on comments above. Ive got an burgundy 73 T- bird, 429 4bbl and stomping a car like that is RIDICULOUS. Get it running right first then have at it, but it will get very expensive. Good luck

A good place to find v belts is a farm supply store. Many heavy machines (lawnmowers, generators, electric motors, air compressors, etc) still use v belts.

How much did you pay for it? i mean you can find them in decent condition for like 5 -9k. i subbed to see what you do with it. If you are gonna go full stip. I highly recommend doing sound deadening and definitely go with a 5.8 if staying with a carb motor.

got it for 4.5 in denmark so that's cheap they go for 5-6 grand in the condition here
