C6’s are great machines, and very sharp looking, none of them are bad but the ls3 cars are sick. I’ve had mine three years, I cammed it, did some suspension work, exhaust, and some track semi slicks. By far my favorite car, I’ve got a coyote car, and a boosted new edge, but the vette just delivers everywhere.

congrats, you are certainly going to love it. I have an 08 as well and it was a must on my list for the TR6060 trans particularly. Since owning it, I did an NA build on it and now dynoed at 508whp. All to say the trans has held up to some serious abuse perfectly (I did swap in an LS7 clutch but I don't think it was necessary at my power level). Great buy you have there!

Yeah, after a long search , found my dream car . 13 GS 60th Anniv. car white with the silver stripe. Loaded one owner and surrounded by Cali super coupes Z06 style products and custom window panels. Awesome it is. Prolly my last one . The fat rear end is so beautiful . It listed for 75k, I gave 40k, with 40k miles. Buy once ,cry once.😎

Smart decision. Value is never cheap. I own a ‘09 1LT and feel that the LS3 engine provides more than enough power for driving on public roads. Put on new non run flat Continental tires. Love driving this one.

Everyone bandwagoning on the Z06 which are usually more abused engine wise. Rather have a targa top any day over a “Z06”

Nice car! Even tho it's not a 2011 ZO6 LOL. Guess some people have a need to feel superior. Anyway, I purchased an '08 base model Z51 automatic last Labor Day weekend. Previously had my eye on a '13 GS w/33K on it but was priced mid 40s. While I was trying to justify going that high, the dealer sent it to the shop where it stayed for weeks. Meantime I saw this one, 2/3 the cost of the GS, pristine, 41K on it. Had my heart set on a stick but got over that when I saw & drove the car. Congrats! She's a looker. Here's to the '08s!
