I buy a cheap high mileage Toyota Verso 1.8 petrol Auto from BCA auctions blind online. Will this 7 seat family car turn me a profit or will it just be pure junk?

LOL, 219,000 Kilometers is only "high mileage" for a European car. An what's the civilised world doing still using miles and gallons? How many Yards long is the hood?

136k miles is not high, that’s bloody low!!! That mileage is barely anything

Nice car, what was the fault code? Those tend to be quite reliable even at that mileage.

I reset it...the code said O2 sensor bank 1 stuck open...think it was due to lack of use....not reappeared since

It's hpi clear. I had it parked as not enough time to deal with it. Finally got round to fixing the warning sign and sorted out some of the paint blemishes. Will be on sale in a couple weeks time. You can email me sutsicars@yahoo.com

Quality (by Toyota standards) was never the best on these Turkish built Verso's.

Yes this generation was better than the last generation. The verso generation after this one that ran from 2013 was better still

On this particular occasion it was O2 sensor stuck open as car hadn't been driven for a long time. Once driven long distance and code cleared it didn't reappear
