These are Stafford dogs the original set on either side of a fireplace mantel. They were made in Stafford England.

I love all the Christmas Christmas things, the older items have much more character than the modern ones. Ì was trying to remember when Big Bird first appeared but I couldn't remember and the UK had it on tv quite a while after the US. The Christmas doll in the rocking chair is so lovely, she would look wonderful in a room decorated traditionally I think. those my little ponies are 80s and first two releases! I loved those. the hard to find ones had jem eyes or printed hores shoes on them. 😮GROOVY! my boys had a few newer ones and they do like the 2010 series

Oh,some little girl is sad . I would like to think the children are grown and just had hard times or got sick and had to store their things. Little Pony is as valuable as original Barbie dolls . You can tell how special the items were ,by the way they are wrapped. Some units have things just thrown in the unit. The doll with the green cape is from a company that sells dolls from different countries and holidays. The one with the green cape, probably is representing Ireland. The Quippee doll is from the late 50's. This is the 2nd unit.you have bought with boxes of dolls very valuable. I am so amazed at the dolls,I remembered these dolls from the late 50's, to 70's WE collected them for my children and friends. who are now grandmothers them. I think The Danbury Company made these dolls that look like real babies, and children. Gosh you could have a doll museum. I remembered those dolls and the one in the rocking chair. I am trying to remember the company that made them. Was this a continuation from the video, with all the dolls That car looks like what Hobby Lobby use to sell. There is also a company that sold hand carved cars, I will have to look.them.up. I thought at first. Curious George, on the 2nd monkey. Lord what a special Christmas and Doll collection. I would love to give all those dolls and stuffed animals to an orphanage or shelter. These look. like HOBBY LOBBY ITEMS. I am.a Baby Boomer,so remember much from my generation and raising my children, through your videos. Your Mother is so much fun. I love how she gets excited, and can tell the history of many items. Those ornaments, are precious. Some of the companies are on the bottom. Some of these ornaments are from the 50's up-to.2000. Lots are from.QVC,HSN and catalogs and stores that have closed, like Marshall Fields Carsons,KAYS, and some of the speciality stores like Scwartz. I had so much fun, watching these videos with the dolls and ornaments. Also there were many kiosks in malls. Thank you for pleasure videos. The small white Staffordshire dog made by Beswick would be Ultra collectable here in the UK, and fetch a very good price, the two orange ones with the loose eye could be genuine but made by a different Staffordshire company. But I think they might be cheap lookalikes.
