If you do end up hellcat swapping it I wouldn’t make it all wheel drive like you said at the beginning. There’s honestly no benefit to it on a limo.

This is awesome, the soonest I saw the title, I knew I had to watch this video, cuz I also bought one from Copart last year without even having time to check it out at the yard in another state 3 hours away from me.🤣😂🤣 I was scared of going to pick it up, cuz if it didn’t run or had any problems, I had to figure out a way to get it home. Not kidding you, I couldn’t sleep for days thinking of the worse, but thank god mine run and drove without any problems back home.🤣😂🤣

I think your biggest issues with a hellcat swap will be the driveshaft and keeping the chassis from twisting.

Now to see how many pieces is that driveshaft? I believe it will be a 3 piece. Now depending on the difference between the original motor n trans and the hellcat motor n trans, what you have to cut or lengthen the first piece to? Where will the transfer case have to go? Will you have to cut the floor for it? Means also a change in front axel and suspension. Good luck will be following the progress. Not first time for All-Wheel Drive one so you got this.

Use the mid grade gas for that 3.5L. I have the same engine in my 07 Charger and it will take low or mid grade gas but I think it drives better and has better mileage on the mid grade.

Yeah, the '08 300 Touring came with either a 4-speed Chrysler transmission or the Mercedes 5-speed NAG1 transmission. If you have the NAG1 you'd have more fun with the ~250hp 3.5L V6 engine but not with that long ass car with a differential and transmission that have probably never been serviced.
