The chain problem is the engine is mounted to the frame and the axle is is on the suspension so every time you hit a bump or make it squat by spinning out the chain loosens up. The engine used to be mounted to the axle so it pivoted with the axle and the chain tension did not change. Either hard mount the axle by taking the shocks off and bolting up a piece of steel in its place or weld it solid so it won't move. That's the problem guys.

Cool video, I’ve been watching the shorts on this. Looks like the hub on the tire that broke isn’t the right one. I could be wrong but I deal with these Chinese karts a good bit. I have 3 of them lol

The 459 is not the biggest engine they have a 670 but still a cool go kart love the vids keep up the great work

A little more voiceover throughout the video would help tie the story together and make it so you don't have to constantly explain what you're doing every time you turn on the camera. look at Mark Rober for example, he keeps the audience interested by explaining what's going on through voiceover while he is showing the action on the screen. nice work though it looks fun
