Thank you! That makes sense! I used to wear my watch in the right wrist but switched to the left because I thought that was the “watch wrist”. (Kind of like ring finger thinking..)Thanks for sharing!

I just bought the oyster perpetual 34 with black dial and I think it is the perfect size for an everyday watch!

Nice comparison, I have a 6.25 wrist and got a 34mm Air King. Anything bigger than 38mm is enormous on my wrist and doesn’t look right.

Big watches look funny to me. I always smile and say "why?" I bet the 28 mm would look the best.

I’ve seen oversized watches on some people. Also, some that are wearing it like a bracelet sliding back and forth according to the position of wrist rather than fitted. It could very much be personal preference.

Have you tried the 26 and 31? Curious as to what you think about those sizes. I’m looking for a watch also, and love the idea of a 34, but am worried on my wrist!

Hi Elly, Yes I have tried the 26 and 31 size. The 26 I feel is small on my wrist for my preference. I think I feel that way as I am used to my Apple Watch size 41/42mm that the 26 Rolex seems small. However, I feel that it is most common for ladies as it is dainty. The 31 is nice. I would definitely consider a 31 mm before a 26. 🤩 A 26mm looks bigger with domed bezel and oyster bracelet (like mine) vs fluted bezel with jubilee bracelet. So that is something else to consider. I wouldn’t completely rule out a 26mm as I think might be lighter and great for me later later like 60+ years. Just in case, a 36mm is borderline big on me. Really am enjoying my 34mm.

Solid choice. If you are a valued customer, your authorized dealer can get you almost any model you desire within 3-6 months. The exception remains the steel Daytona and to a much lesser extent the steel Submariner with date. It operates in a manner similar to Hermes. The regular customers readily have access to Birkin and Kelly bags. However, very pretty girls who do not have a history with Hermes are known to “jump” the line. As an aside, no watch aficionado would ever wear an Apple Watch.
