$2,700 with nice mods! Sure, needs a little TLC but Shit! Good deal! My redline is bone stock and I'm looking forward to get some the mods you have on your car, but it all does cost money haha. Sucks. I hear ya about the money woes. I picked mine up for $4k with 75k miles 3 months ago.

Great little cars. I've been daily driving mine for almost 15 years. I have a black '06 with the competition package (grey wheels, LSD, boost gauge). Only 1500 made. Enjoy it! Haters gonna hate.

Great vid. I have a '07 performance package model that I might sell. It has just a little over 180k on the odometer but runs great and fast. Still on the fence about letting it go, but everytime I see a video like yours, it gives me new love for this car. Yes, it is a sleeper which I like because when I pull away from someone how did not expect the acceleration from it, it draws a smile on my face..and I have yet to mod it. I just wish it was rear wheel instead of front wheel drive.

Hey, if you can do a breakdown of all the mods you currently have on the car I'd appreciate it. You sort of went through it kinda fast, but it was all good content. Showcase little things like the custom painted dashboard for example. My ion redlines dashboard is all black but I'd like to paint it gray like yours.

Competition Package Redline is most ideal, but this Redline was still a nice deal and yes rare. These engines will do 250thousand miles no problem.

Looks like a 2004-2005 redline. Doesn’t have the comp package. Redline or not you don’t see many ion quad coupes. You see far more ion sedans. I have 2 quad coupes. The redline is quick. Mine aren’t redlines but still unique. It would be easier just to replace the driver door panel than it would be to paint it. This car came before the cobalt SS the SS didn’t come out until 2005. Awesome video. Going to Sub want to see where the redline goes. The only difference between the redlines and the other ions is the engine and transmission

i also didnt hear if you mentioned if the supercharger pully was smaller than stock. you have upgraded fuel injectors and a lot of the other mods ppl do in preperation for a smaller pully. i also assume since they went through zzp they had it tuned to match the new parts?

I just got a redline. Got a sweet deal on it with only 102k miles. Mechanical wise it was taken care of. Interior/exterior, ehh not so much. Learning to drive standard with it. Huge upgrade from my 99 oldmobile ha ha.

Ive had one, cant remember if it was stage 2 or 3. Hell, it was 15 years ago. But redline was 8250 with the reprogram and 44 lbs injectors. Had a true cold air and the filter was right up in the left front part of the bumper cover. I had to delete the fin so people would stop messing with me. Smoked every camaro, mustang, boxter, older 911 and even some vettes, including my brothers 400hp 68 vette. Still have the trophy in my garage. Legit, drag strip, 12.71. When i was done with it, i was down to 11ish mpg. Fun as hell, sold it cause it was too fast for a front wheel drive car. Solid as can be though, lsj’s have soooo many possibilities if you build then right and that platform is tough as nails. I tried my hardest to blow it up and it never happened.
