Something different definitely, also you may want to take those steps off of it because they are kind of pointless now lol plus all they do is hold moisture and crap up against the rocker. On my channel I have a 2002 Escalade 6.0 AWD that I am slamming with Mcgaughys stuff.

Could you cut half the spring on the front? Or would the strut assembly not work with such a small spring?

Pretty nice truck but how many miles on it? How are the driveshafts liking the drop are they ok? Those springs in many instances break from being over loaded towing things. Some times just having a large family inside will also do it when the bottom out. Thanks

When you cut the bottom of the rear spring, do you have a problem fitting it back into the rubber pad? It was a different shape right?

Something Different, But I tell you wut budro go on yonder to a pool supply store or local walmarts pick up small tub chlorine tablets, and some moth balls. Now drop a few around parameter of outside shop Do that few times in a 10-15 width apart or your choice 2-3 month period and that will detour critters an snakes and its harmless.

I'm genuinely asking a question....what's so different about a lowered Tahoe? The phrase " something different" was said numerous times as well as the comments.

Do not tow with this truck till you get the new rear end and trans or buikf them I have the same Tahoe trust me mine is 2 wheel drive I threw the rear wnd out with 26x14s it’s on a 7.5 lift trans went first just by the wheels fixed it and then went the rear end I had to do 410 gears and a caddy trans fits mine is a ..z71 package it’s on my profile pic but same truck just lifted same 5.3 mine is ls3 cammed and chipped times and all but you can’t pull anything with this till you at least do the gears trust me
