People have gotten carried away with just about everything these days. Look at your average kitchen today compared to the 1990s. Middle class people blowing a fortune for a SubZero fridge, etc. Well the same thing has happened with cars. To have a car in the low 5's would have been considered really fast not that long ago. To put this speed into perspective, Magnum P.I.'s Ferrari 308GTS was like 5.5 seconds. I think a Testarossa was 5.0. Were people not having a blast in those cars? You bought a car that is plenty fun to drive, gets better mileage, lower insurance and probably kept at least $10k in your pocket. Unless you are just loaded with money I think that is a great call!

had a 2012 v6 upgraded to a 2017 ss buy what you can afford the difference dosent really matter if your on the road doing the speed limit.

Finally. Someone who give the v6 Camaro it,s just do,and not caving to the pressure of the V8 fanboys. I,ve driven a V6 Camaro,and one that modified. This car is a sleeper. With the right mods,like a cold air intake,downpipes and exhaust,you are right up there matching the V8 in the Lexus ISF, and closing in on the cayote motor of the stang. Do not underestimate this car,s potential,and the supercharged v6, yes there,s a kit that put down 511 crank h.p, now you will kill the ss,and still get 30 mpg,s so it,s the v6 for me when I get mine . Thank my guy for posing this. It,s about time.

Just test drove a 2020 1LT V6 Camero with dual mode and that shit sounds amazing and I love it

I absolutely love my ZL1, but I don't run it on a track or anything, so all of that power is useless in traffic and what not anyway. Sure, an open road happens here and there, but I totally understand getting a v6.

I was disappointed that Ford dropped the V6 Mustang. I don’t like the Turbo fours in either one. What you have is just fine.

i also have a v6 version 2016, people hate on us cause its not a v8, If I wanted a V8 I would have BOUGHT a v8. I can still crank power out the v6 and its still economically affordable compared to the v8

The Camaro as a car should be a V8 just because that's what the Camaro is supposed to be, but if you can't afford the V8 insurance, gas and stuff, it's ok to get the V6. It's just the fact that some very immature people get their hands on V6 and they drive like complete morons.
