Many 'techwear retailers' are drop-shippers who don't stock their own inventory, instead reselling clothing available from TaoBao and AliExpress at significantly higher prices. This week we're going to the source to see if we can locate some better cheap techwear clothing than stores we've investigated previously, and at lower prices.

PSA: wash these clothes first, you do not want to be in direct contact with any chemical residue found on these clothes! same goes for stuff from taobao too

I honestly don’t care if techwear is an unknown brand or seller or a counterfeit of a well known one such as holy grail. I just care about the look, and the feel.

On the language, its pretty likely no one involved in the production can speak english considering its all based in china. Basic literal translation from chinese combined with not enough english knowledge to notice spelling mistakes results in... this mess.

One thing I started to do once I stopped buying from these “knock-off” stores, was going to some of the stores I regularly buy from (Zara for example) and grab up pieces that I believe fit into that “techwear” aesthetic, and so far, I’ve been rather successful…and recently I’ve started getting more involved in Nike’s ACG lineup, and I’ve been picking out stuff there as well…saves me the headache sometimes…
