You should put the highest amount while putting in the rent if it's showing 1200-1500, you should put 1600

you can pretty much get all different models to work for you as assistant, price will be different also the numbers of houses they can collect will be from 1-5

You’re gonna have to collect rent. They do that so you see other houses up for sale. Certain houses go on sale during a certain time of the week. Also, you’ll be able to meet more assistants being out and about.

When u got circle to come up to select the garage clicker, on thr left it said press either Y or V for skills (couldn't see it properly)

FYI you have a garage door opener on the icon wheel

should pet that dog and get it a house you will then have a dog also filling a house with plants counts as decorations for a house so 20 plants will work to raise the rent limit
