I would suggest getting the builder or your warranty people to send you the color codes of the paint so if you need to touch up any paint you have the color and finish.

Danielle Ancira yeah the builder gave me some extra ! I’ve been repainting a lot of walls with new colors of my choice but definitely good to have that touch up paint for the ones I decided to keep as-is!

Congrats!!!!! I had went out and views a townhouse the other day and it was nice....Apparently a guy had bought it and then purchased him a home I believe in California somewhere so he decided to rent out his townhouse...He had left his porch chairs, grill, patio chairs the whole 9...The only problem was he comes back for 6 months out of the year (I believe it’s his wife vacation home when she comes from Australia) so it’s actually a sublet and I was so much in a hurry to get it until I thought about it and said oh well guess I’ll find me a house for that hassle....Anywho enjoy your new place and live comfortably 💋
