I'm a carpenter. So, when I saw how much it cost on their website, I just decided to make my own. It turned out pretty nicely (I've only got about a year experience), and for pretty cheap. I'm happy with it. I also was able to stain it the color I desired.

I collect pocket notebooks, particularly Field Notes, and my wife got me the Archival box for my birthday last year. Good luck with your writing and thanks for sharing!

I'm on a No Spend challenge...and you're making it hard for me to not spend money. 😂 I have been enjoying using Field Notes notebooks for over a year now and that box would be great to store my notebooks in. Thank you for doing a review on it. Also, I don't see it on the Field Notes website. Where did your get it from?

I got it from the Field Notes website. I had to google Field Notes archival box, as it is hard to find on the oficial site.
