Excellent collection Tuco, my heart started racing when you showed that Kingsmen 45 but then I seen it was on colored vinyl, if that was a first press, it is worth crazy money. That Hendrix 7" with the small hole is a bonus single that was in his Essential Hendrix volume 2. Ending with Bruce Willis priceless. Thanks for the showings!

I bet that took some time to go through and clean up! If even 10% panned out it would be well worth $100. Lots of work but fun! Let us know what you think you got as far as a return or value on these in the end. I was a bit worried about the storing in an old shed and the way they had them stacked.. seemed the boxes had gotten wet previously etc. Heat, humidity, etc cam wreck havoc. Hopefully the records were in decent shape and flat.

@@VinylHunter They are. There are an additional 50,000 to 60,000 78s and 33s I have to get, but within six months. Lots of classical and jazz. Fun times. Currently procuring 4 10x40 foot storage units. That's actually pretty tough as larger storage units aren't available much. This is my belief on searching. In any decent sized city of 50,000 or more, there are over 1 million records in the area. Just gotta find who has them. That's it. People are lazy when it comes to searching, so they don't find much. Or, they are of one mind, which is that they have to find that RL Zeppelin, Butcher cover, or hoard of Black Sabbath. Meanwhile they leave amazing jazz, weird stuff, 45s, just about everything worth much more just because they've never heard of it. I was more excited for your 45s in this collection than the LPs, though they were great.

On some of your records there are clearly humidity and water issues. But the damage is within limits. I bought recently a record. I saw afterwards that the cover was not so flat at the lower side. It has had water damage. But the vinyl plays perfect.

Wow jelly of that Louie Louie on purple vinyl. Its a bootleg but wow. Pretty thing. Badass. Nice score on the translucent yellow Pointer Sisters too OMG That weird promo ep with Manhavishnu and Firesign I have NEVER seen that!!! Amazing. The Bruce Willis sleeve is bomb. 😁 7 inch was the most fun part of this haul I think. I used to have family in Nebraska but haven't visited there in decades. Had a crazy hillbilly uncle that lived in a Shack off the Platt River with no electric or running water and no interest in getting it. He had a cabinet Victrola with piles of shellacs - it played well- for a horn machine was incredibly loud... and a battery powered phonograph he used to play mail-order old time radio and party records. 🤣 legit had a PET coyote. Just having known him I figure there has to be endless hidden treasure in that state.

@@VinylHunter holy crap, that's a great score! It's been many years since I have found any psych on vinyl. One of my better scores was around 2002 when I went into a Salvation Army in Alabama and found West Coast Pop Art Experimental Band for $1. At the time I did not know who they were (hangs head in shame lol). Late '90s I found Terry Knight And The Pack and Shadows of Knight at the same time at Goodwill. And then about 15 years ago found 13th Floor Elevators "The Psychedelic Sounds" LP along with some other stuff like Zephyr and IF. But things now are slim pickins for psych. Not a super hit, but it has been covered over and over as we don't have a lot of Xmas songs. @@VinylHunter I guess location is important. Vancouver Canada has so many pickers now it's hard to find anything. Many thrift shops have jacked up their vinyl prices and regular gas is about $5.70 US per US gallon. You can spend $20 driving around to yard sales and come up empty handed. It was great before Covid hit but I'm getting too old for the effort it takes. One good thing is the record stores are paying more now. Where as discogs, craigslist and other sites have kind of dried up. Discogs due to higher shipping in Canada. Anyway, nice videos, happy hunting. Saw you pass that T.I.M.E. album up at the record show @2:31 - one of my all-time heavy psych faves! I found that Babe Ruth Lp last week for $4 - was not really impressed though. Esquivel is cool (as was the Flying Saucer Story LP)! And yeah, I need to find a copy of that Bobbie Gentry album! I saw the Plasmatics in NYC back in the day - they blew up a car on stage at the Bond Theatre! Saw (and partied with!) Mott The Hoople also way back then. Yeah, I'm showing my age now! Did you buy more than you sold there? ...Now for your haul: James Taylor - a sure cure for insomnia! Your mega-haul looks something like the 1,000+ LPs I bought last month at an estate sale! The Batman LP is way-cool as well as that Arthur Brown Lp - too bad some idiot used magic marker all over the cover to price it! (Was not a signature). How were the conditions of those LPs in general? I just got a copy of that Bunker Hill 45 last week - it's a gem - as is the Rugbys 45 "You, I" - fuzz garage/psych - their LP is worth finding! The Kingsmen "Louie Louie" 45 Jerden colored vinyl is a reissue. Had to research that one. Still cool! The Underground Sunshine 45 is great - try to find their fantastic LP! Lots of common $1 records there but still a fantastic deal for $100 - you need to "stumble" more often!

I found a T.I.M.E. record a while back at an antique store (along with Funkadelic-Maggot Brain & Free your Mind...!!!) Great band! I recently picked up the TIME record that i passed on (price)...i found it in "The Dig Of A Lifetime!" which will be coming up in a few months on my channel! "The Dig Of A Lifetime" will literally blow your mind!!!!! I love Babe Ruth's album First Base...their cover Jesse Winchester's Black Dog is killer!!! Super jealous you saw Plasmatics!!!! The condition of the records for the most part was really good! Some of them have worn covers but nice vinyl...but, most of them the covers were nice too

Hi, Just to let you know! You showed a copy of a Gary Glitter album. You might want to remove that part from your video as Gary Glitter (Paul Gadd) is an internationally convicted pedophile who, after serving multiple jail time in both Cambodia and the UK, is now currently in a UK prison serving 16 years. He has been an obituoual offender since the 70s and will be on the UK Sex Offenders list for life when he is finally released from prison. No record collector in the UK would ever admit to having anything by this monster in their collection. Please check out his bio!.

I had a friend that gave me about 400 LPs back in April of this year. A lot of them had been from when he was stationed over in South Korea during the late 1970s and early 1980s. That AC/DC Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap LP was one of the ones that I got from him in a South Korean pressing of where the K.E.C.P.P., something I still don't know exactly what it is, had to approve it first. I believe it was the South Korean Ministry of Culture and Information and they had to approve all of the South Korean pressings prior to releasing them in the country. But I saw that 1976 date on the LP sleeve too. And it kind of threw me for a loop at the time. It's a NM copy with both the vinyl and the sleeve and it was probably my favorite LP out of the boxes due to the research I did learning about it. Actually, I'm listening to that South Korean pressing now and it does have some different info. Plus it doesn't have 1976 on the cover either. That must have been other Discog entries I was looking at? Here's the one I have... AC/DC - Rock And Roll Ain't Noise Pollution Url: www.discogs.com/release/5041985-ACDC-Rock-And-Roll-Aint-Noise-Pollution Shared from the Discogs App Brian in Fort Worth 🎶

@@VinylHunter Yes it really is a different soundtrack to the LP isn't it! When I first listened to it without seeing the information I thought something didn't sound like it should haha. But after seeing it was pressed in South Korea and then looking up the info I was definitely surprised. You just never know sometimes :-)

How lucky, you found LInda Ronstadt on her rollerskates, wearing tube socks!😃🛼🎶 Did you drink after finding it? 🍻❓ I've turned finding that particular record into a VC drinking game. I'm guessing some kid glued the Mad magazine labels on some random rekkid. "CapitAl" Records, hahaha. 🤣 I'd Shazam it to see what's underneath and make a video if I found it. 🌩 I think the "American" version of Twilight Zone means it's the shorter version of the song that will fit on a 7". Nice big score. I don't think you found anything super rare, but there's a lot of decent records there.
