I'm swimming in them and don't have the time to get rid of them at the clip I'd like. BUT I do love them and love how my channel is going so I persist. But absolutely I'd say to anyone that doesn't have a big collection, if you're feeling how Kim is here, get out while you can because it can drown you in more ways than one. *Also, Kaiju Corner fits the channel well, though, why not "Kaiju Korner" to keep the KK motif?

Yo I have run into the exact same situation. And honestly I’m boxing up a lot of my stuff and putting into storage. Only displaying my favorite stuff. But Godzilla merch is almost all guaranteed to gain value over years. If y’all have the space I HIGHLY recommend storing and selling in the future. I sold my entire childhood collection to buy a MacBook to make tunes with. The moment any of these toys are OOP they go up in value.

I'm like that but with tokusatsu DVDs/Blu-rays/box sets. I buy them to support the release but also cuz I don't trust streaming services to keep them. But they take up space and I'm moving soon. :/

perhaps what you do is prepare that which you want to sell, keep that money as a "figure" account. And next Gfest turn around and buy the things that spark joy. Rinse. Repeat. It's not a perfect plan but it is free advice on the internet.

tbh my collection is quite normal sized. mainly because i stay broke all the time Lol. but i'd like too buy way more figures in the future, so i can display some and sell others.
