8:10 I think it was Jack who summed this up best. The greatest opponent you will ever face in Warzone isn't another player, but a 2-3 foot high rock that you can't get on top of... So naturally Raven Software replaced Verdansk with a map that has a giant rock in the middle of it.

Dude okay I know this may sound weird but Tim complaining about his game feeling laggy/choppy is a thing that I too am unable to accurately describe sometimes. That feeling at the start, then proceeded to break his PR; my friends that is one of the symptoms of being in the Flow State. When playing games in the flow state I can best describe it as the game feels slow but somehow isn't playing slow. As though the perception of it and the flow of the game is readable to you. You notice all the extra things (things you normally only catch when watching yourself in replay mode or spectating).

I doubt they'll bring back Verdansk for many reasons. One of them being a friggin WAR on Ukraine and Verdansk being kind of "inspired by" Donetsk...wasn't really a great move a few years ago but a lot less so today.

Wow, when Timmy said about Caldera “It’s brighter than Verdansk but I feel like I see less!”, that’s exactly what I’ve been saying to my friends since the first round. However many months later, I’ve played less rounds total in Caldera than an average week of playing Verdansk. I hate this map.

Imagine they just flattened caldera, got rid of most of the large stupid rocks and mountains.. I cannot stand the feeling of running up hill or spamming the jump button to get up rocks.. worst decision they ever made.

Yes, you can't see SHIT on Caldera. In Verdansk only dark corners will really fuck you up, but on Caldera you can't see ANYWHERE because of these damn bushes. I started playing Warzone again with friends recently and we played maybe three matches on Caldera before determining it wasn't fun just getting shot and not being able to see the enemy even when you know where they're shooting from. It's rebirth only for me I wish they brought back OG Verdansk

Also Verdansk was like a big plain, with mountains on the extremities of the map, meaning it had downsides going to these altitude points. On caldera on the other hand, there's almost no downsides being peak, and the edge of the map is completely dead, you walk 15 min to encounter a player
