I also have a high end all white build with the gigabyte aero oc 4090/ 7800x3d/ 64 gigs of ddr5 in the white phanteks nv7. The pc is a beast and I keep it clean. I play at native 1440p or native 4k with or without ray tracing depending on the game. Ultra settings is a waste of time it uses much more power with little difference in graphics. I do not use any upscale tech to play any games unless if it is forced in the game. I also play on my lg c1 oled 4k 65 inch tv so I limit the frames to 120 fps. I have 1 unreal engine 5 game remnant 2 and it is not bad. I think unreal engine 5 games currently are beta test games but over time just like any other engine the devs will get more time with the engine so hopefully devs can better optimize unreal engine 5 games in the future and maybe or most likely turn down a lot of the extra stuff they are putting in the games.

What editing software do you use? I use the paid version of, "DaVinci Resolve" at 120fps. I record with, "OBS."

i have googled an issue with my computer and you seem to know what your doing with computers. It seems my computer in only mono toned and there is no Surround Sound at all. My sons computer has it my wifes has it but mine that was way more expensive does not have it. Do you have any ideas on my mine is only mono toned?

30 FPS with a 4090 14900k 128gb ram in alan wake with max settings is way too little

I'm pretty sure he was using path tracing. It's to be expected with the kind of specs he was using. Path tracing is definitely not a setting that should be used, but if you're planning to only run 30fps with the highest graphics. It looks optimal. Then again, I'm mostly an FPS enjoyer, I'd happily take higher fps over no raytracing and maybe 1440p on ultra.

No Im sure this pc will be used for editing, maybe streaming, maybe playing games, etc. You can go for the bare minimum when it comes to that stuff or you can go all out. I went all out wiyh an all white high end build with the gigabyte aero oc 4090/ 7800x3d/ 64 gigs of ddr5 ram in the white phanteks nv7. I went all out because I can play at any resolution and settings I want to. I am only limited for the most part with demanding new games using new or newer game engines. Like unreal engine 5 games but over time the games will be more optimized. I play my games at native 1440p or native 4k high with or without ray tracing. I do not use dlss or fsr but if I do it is just to see how many frames I can get then I turn it off. I also game on my 65 inch 4k oled lg c1 tv so I limit the frames to 120 fps but I can get a lot more frames.

It makes our editing workflow super smooth and fast. We can export a video that doesn't have too many effects in 8 minutes instead of like 50. Or we can do color grading on the master footage without lagging instead of having to adjust something & then wait to see the effect.
