"I stole my GF's custom content" is a hilarious title. Would love to see you make a video like that. Also I don't usually enjoy speedbuilds, because having the commentary afterwards feels "disjointed" to me, but because you don't speed-up the build so dramatically, it's *much* more enjoyable!

Tips from a plant mom: - pick one day a week to take care of all your plants. Feel the earth before watering, if it's still wet from last week, skip a week! - put your plants in pots with drainage holes, when watering water all the way through to stimulate the roots. Plants who need less water just need it less frequently, not less at once - put them close to windows, there are very few plants who don't enjoy sun. It's just a sales tactic to say they like medium light ;) - when you decide to report, try to do it in early spring so they have the whole growing season te recover! - don't stress if you loose a couple, we are all human and trying to figure it out 💛

If you place arches under stairs/on stair walls - make sure to do it with Move objects off! I think the problem was that you had the arch slid over/alt placed - you could see the arch corner on the left just slightly intersecting the stair treads - it won’t work if it intersects the stair treads, it has to be completely on wall. I actually had a childhood friend who had that stair set up in their real house, arches under both sides of stairs and a built in shelf under the lower side of the stairs. I always thought it was really cool.

I am LOVING this build, I love how you challenged yourself when it came to the inside. All the platforms and the arch way through the stairs are great and I would love to see more builds where you challenge yourself if you would want to make em.

@LivinInSim2 жыл бұрын
I have def put arches underneath stairs, and they always work. But I don't think I've done it with L-shaped stairs, maybe just straight ones. That did look really cool how you had it, too bad it wouldn't route. There is always the possibility of a glitch in this game. I like the elevated kitchen, too. Very interesting and innovative floor plan and overall design, it is.

Plant pro tips: don’t water nearly as much as you think you should. Many plants do better to be dry than overly wet. Get a moisture meter to check if it’s still wet. Don’t move the plant to a bigger pot. It can stay in whatever you bought it in till the roots grow out of the drainage holes.

Hey James have you ever tried splitting L shaped stairs up. You put a single square of platform up to a certain height and then put stairs going up to the platform which can have walls and then you put another set of stairs from the platform up to the second level without the walls giving you a good balance. The trick is just finding the right height for the platform where both stairs can properly have a landing on the platform.
