A tip, if you didn’t know!! Sims will use the most expensive sink on the lot, so if it bothers you a lot, make sure your kitchen sink is the most expensive :3

i have this in a house i built last week! They have a weird creepy attic but the kid has a bunch of his stuff up there. I put trellis up the side of the house so I imagine his friends climb up to hang out. They have a ghost in the attic too so I imagine he's a repressed victorian teen who's unfinished business is having fun for once in his unlife. I maybe had a bit too much fun with the whole story.

I was literally just thinking, imagine you have a new friend and they invite u to their family's huge mansions for a dinner party and you're really nervous so you want to escape to the bathroom because you have those like awful nervous poops and you're like oh thank god this house is so huge I can go far away to poop and they're like "oh no worries the bathrooms right here!"

I started a rags-to-riches when eco lifestyle came out. The 3rd Gen can easily move in here - they have 3.5 million at the moment (plus they have already "given away" 3 million to the nursing home I built, where all the second gen are currently dying off). Their bills are in the 10,000 range, but they make 10 times that on "investments" each week. (My original broke sim did find a money tree seed in the dumpster, and I used it for a while, but my plants "broke" (they would all drop down to a mound after you harvested, and you would have to wait for the right season for them to grow again). I gave up on the money tree entirely after they moved into their second home (to fit all the kids). When the second gen moved out of home (5 kids), they were each given 50,000 as a start-up (from the parents' money). When the first gen died, I split the money, and each kid received 500,000. At the beginning, when the 3rd gen started moving out (also 5 kids), they were getting 200,000 as their start-up.

It would be a lot cheaper if you didn't have some of them! And TBH, some of those packs are probably only a few items. You'd have to edit it a good bit and probably fill up space more (substitute anything it doesn't automatically replace) but you could still use it. Might be less fun without Bowling, Spa Day, Vintage Glamour, or Get Famous for example. :)
