Here's an idea for you or someone else who is playing scrap mechanic right now. Build a launcher using mountable spud guns. You'll need the resources to buy a few mountable spud guns. You'll need potatos and cardboard. And you'll need a lightweight vehicle with storage to be yeeted with you. Either built at your base, or at an important location( protected by saws so bots cant attack) Pistons on the base to adjust y. Maybe even wheels? I know it can be done in survival with some resource collection and ingenuity. I haven't tested anything. I don't have the game, but I've been watching you guys play it for years. Idea came from 4:45 when he got yeeted from the pod.

The ramps are invincible, Though that my get patched, also there is tons of tier 1 metal and concrete on the warehouse roof! I hope this information will help you.

I welded all that stuff into a big ugly conglomeration, put it on a lift, and threw it off the landing pad. Later, I brought a trailer to the back of the warehouse and picked it up.

I use the Rusted metal at the top to make a massive platform off the side with one connection point, load it up with everything on top, and drop it all down below and loot as required

You should remake the rocket so that you A: dont use nearly as much fuel B: can control it better C: can see better D: fall slower My suggestions for improvements are as follows: 1. Remove the lower 4 thrusters 2.add in two piston glitches that let you tilt the tip the direction you want it to be 3. Make the entire dome out of bubble block as well as any non-balance, non-power parts, no more super heavy windows and blocks 4. Make sure all weight it bellow the center of the dome 5. Add a light directly off the tip of the rocket and directly below it that have the lighting blocked around the edges so you can get a directional guide via a square that will shrink/grow as you get closer. 6. Add a controller with a mode you can set that will keep you hovering/move slower when tilting 7. With the much lowered weight you might only need 2 or even one jet 8. Better way to bring stuff up/down is bring a chest filled with chests, as you fill them throw them off the tower via a drop plank, then you only need to go up/down once

Use those purple half circles as a roof for your rocket. It would be very aerodynamic.

You should put a chest on the rocket but have it in the centre so its balanced. You could use the domes as a top for your rocket.

Spray paint numbers on each side of the cardboard to represent the button numbers that go to each thruster

Maybe put some of the yellow/black blocks around the opening to get into the ship. Would make finding your seat a bit easier.

Try attaching the semi circles together, wield it to a good stand, and add a ring around circle. If you put it at the center of your base, it could be an enormous replica of your logo.😉

Take those giant rounded pieces, add a layer of block in-between each (to create a center point), and use em as wheels :)

In the new base, you should definitely use the quarter cylinders to make a generator room. You could also use them to look like radial engines if you want a bit of scrap metal out in the front of the base.

Maybe use the ramp on your truck as a plow. Also maybe add some chests to your rocket to hold more materials.

The quarter-cylenders are "Generator" parts. I'd make one into an aesthetic rolling generator. Just a basic controller having it rotate I, some mechanical box lookimg thing

I think it would be beneficial if you put the storage chest on the rocket so that you can take more objects down every time

@Moonbo,everyone, you know you can pump chemicals into a large chest useing vacuum pumps on a chemical puddle. just like you do with water? ((for makeing conrete instead of bricks)) also Moonbo you could place the dimandgrid metal blocks on the trailer bed to prevent slideing somewhat.

When you go on top of a warehouse you should fill your inventory with chests, then pack the chests and throw them off the edge

It is funny you make this video today. The neat-o piston seat thing you made in yesterdays video gave me the inspiration to jam 35 level 5 pistons on my hauler to get to the top of a warehouse, AND IT WORKED! Thanks for sparking that idea in my head. It is a crazy ride I tell ya. Also, did you know that even with a warehouse ke, you can not enter a warehouse from the roof without first exiting the building to the roof. The key appears to unlock it, but the doors wont open. I even used a key at the base first, and opened the elevator there, but no luck. You have to clear the whole thing from the bottom up.

Hey MoonBo, with your rocket sliding issue. Try putting blocks with high friction on the trailer. Also you could put storage on your rocket that way you use less fuel and have much more space. You are doing great and I enjoy your way of playin the game! Happy Day!

If you want to make a boat you can use the fish things to chase after cardboard and it pushes ur boat. It’l be a challenge to steer without using the suspension glitch but worth a try!

Hay Moonbo maybe you should put a chest on the rocket to save fuel. Because you won’t have to go back and forth.

You can take those narrow ramps on the end of the big ramps on the roof. Go around the edges of the roof ramp location to see if there are any partial ramps as well.

You could have built a large structure of all the stuff you wanted from the roof and then drop it down. Then disassemble everything once you're back on ground and pack the pieces up in your storages

I just threw large chunks off the roof, jumped down, loaded 14 large chest full and drug it all back to my base. Great rocket.

should have bought 5,6 chests build 1 by 1 bridge place a chest at corner remove one block the chest fall down, this way can loot every single block. the blocks are indestructible, use ramps as outer defence walls leaving about 1 or 2 block space between them and use the round block at corner. just stack about 4,5 of round block build your house up and farm under them

You should color code your thrusters/buttons. Would make it easier to know which button to press when you're in flight. :)

Would be cool to use the ramps standing up for blast sheilds or crenalations at the top of you base. Would make it look like the palace from voltron

You could add some chests onto your rocket so instead of making multiple trips you will only have to make one.

You should color each directional thruster differently so you know which thruster and button to use. Keep up the great content!

you can place the quarter circles into a 3 thick, 1 wide cross and make some really good giant wheels. theyre almost as good as tires but are able to put more power to the road if you attatch your gas engine to a simple gear set up

Please try turning the 1/4 circle pieces into tires for off road scouting truck from GRIMLOCK 94 and you are awsome and creative person and don't let people to stop you from being yourself!

Try applying storage units to your rocket so you dont have to make multiple trips.

when you get on the top of a warehouse , lay your lift on one edge of the roof , just plug everything there is on your lift , then drop everything down the warehouse , then just get next to that huge pile with you car then voila!

Challenge: Build working falcon 9

Use those, to build a wall around your farm... Bots, will not do any damage to those... Also, those red & white legs, perfect for a realistic look tower... Bring along big bomb, to blow up walls inside the warehouse, to expose the encrypter... There's a lot more cool items you can take from warehouses... You can build much cooler base or vehicles using those parts...

Maybe higher friction blocks would be good for the launch platform and for feet of the rocket

You could take chests on top with you to the roof on the first flight fill them up n drop them from top of roof by making a platform and then simply putting the chests on them n removing the base later so it drops down rather than flying up n down multiple times

You could make your base able to move around and the big rounded corner things could be wheels

Use the ramps on a trailer to get a car on it and use the cylinders for the rocket to smooth it out in the middle.

There is a ton of tier 1 metal and concrete on the roofs on warehouses. The platform that the quarter cylinders are on, is made of metal, and under then ramps there is also the concrete and metal (look from the sides).

use the corner round for a 1/2 round wall will save yha on blocks for now till you get more i would even have it go with the large rectangle windows to go on top of the 1/2 round this way you have a starting wall and can use the blocks you already farmed for flooring or for the crops if thats getting moved. the ramps well they can be used for anything you feel it is needed. I also understand why you haven't upgraded the last 4 directional thrusters to level 5 yet you didn't have enuff componits too and they do take a lot but if you ever do upgrade the thrusters with each bar less of weight you subtract {weight (lvl 1 thruster = 8 bars < lvl 5 thruster = 3 bars )} you can add 2 large chest to your rocket for the same amount of fuel you used in today's video. that is if you plane to keep using it on other warehouses. just a helpful tip

Moonbo, here's a cool idea: Make a car that can hover and transform into a boat. If this is too hard then maybe just try to make a vehicle that can go everywhere.

Moonbo those “giant dome pieces” you found on the roof are actually 4 corner domes that are pretty good for base design.

To save fuel you can get everything off the roof in one trip, you can take all the parts joining the towers to the roof and then put each tower on your lift and drop in off the side, with the ramps just join all the ramps together and also them off the side, bring a car with lots of chests for all the parts.

At least the crew dragon mission booster had a better landing... (I don't mean to judge fuel saving, but I'm glad the mission went great) Your landings were quite good either way

You can paint the stuff you got from the top right? Make a Missile Silo... Paint one of the domes like it's the top of a missile.... White? And maybe alternate white black with the sections? Isn't that what a Polaris missile looks like??? ;) Or maybe build an actual castle, with 3/4 round corners... How big a ramp will a bot climb? And can you then drop him when he gets to the top? How high before they just auto-die on impact... Jeeze I gotta buy this game and try stuff....

Grab all of the ramp pieces from the top of the warehouses. They are invulnerable until the devs decide to fix them.

An idea is to add some logic to make the platform stop when you stop the button👍👍

The "generator coil segment" pieces (those round corners) have pretty good stats! They have a durability of 6 so greenies and haybots can't break them they also have a friction of 6 so if you can build some sort of system that centers the bearing on them then they can be used as wheels too.

Loving the survival videos moonbo! I think you could make a tower with those circles and have a space on top to stand with posts around it from small or normal pipe pieces to hold the top of the silo above you. (Hope that makes sense)

Getting to the top of the warehouse from the start is likely also a faster route to the loot room on the last floor on any given warehouse.

When your on top you can throw the item down instead of using you backpack ;-)

PAINT either your thrusters or a block on each side so you can better remember which button to press to fire the corresponding thruster.

Moonbo could you maybe use pistons to shift a weight from the top to the bottom so when u come to land the weight shift pulls the base down ready to land easier

For defense, I have spinning crosses essentially of mounted spud guns: 4 mounted to the sides of a single spinning block. The each have a max range sensor to trigger their firing. Those cylinder parts look perfect for them to sit on. Maybe put the dome on top.

Moonbo- ballisticsquid said those ramps you got are indestructible. So they can be used as armor for your garden or base. That's what he did with them. But he had like a 100 of them... He built a giant crusher around his garden with those things and farmed bots afk and killed like 150 of them. I know you don't like to copy people but it's a easy way to get those parts they leave! Don't have to tell us what your base does when your not playing! We just want to see what kind of neat things can be done!

There is more clothing boxes and other items in some chests if u go down one floor from the roof level.

You should just drop the stuff off the roof and collect it on the ground. That way you don’t need to fly up more than once.

Moonbo love your vids but just thinck off using 1 seat 1 truster no fuel tank and 20 ish blocks to acheeve the same thing also separate the objekts from the warehouse take them with your lift and plase them on the edge so when you remuve the lift they fall down where your car is :)

Good Idea but i knew from the start that no storage was a bad start. All you need to do is weld or stick everything into one mass and drop it from the roof with the lift. It will remain on the ground and you can take your time getting it gone.
