this build reminds me so much about an apple orchard I used to go to when I was really little. It had play sets, mazes, mini golf, I think there was a petting zoo? also it was partly wizard of oz themed. and it was exactly this builds vibe. There’s something so nostalgic about things like that. I stopped going when I was like, 9, because all the stuff was for little kids, but I still have happy memories there. have a great day/night/week/month/year/life , and happy spooky season!

Kayla, what you can do to raise an item to the exact height that you want (that's what I do) is place a wall shelf, then move the shelf freely to the height of the table that you want the object on (with moveobjects), slot the object onto the shelf, and then if you place it somewhere else and it will remain its height (unless it slots onto something else so be careful). Then, remove the shelf and place it where you wanted it to be.

OMG hahaha I just had a moment when you posted that random picture you found online of Little Barn...that building is right near where I grew up in CT, I never went in but it was right across the street from a park and ride that I used to get on a bus to go to camp everywhere haha. Such a weird surprise memory from my childhood!

This place reminds me of a farm near my home that like all kids go to and its basically a staple of the cities I live in and it just felt so nice watching her make it and comparing it to the mental image I have of a real place I spent my childhood going to each year

this build is bringing me to tears. im finally going to get to go home for the halloween season after moving away just months before covid, and me and my friends and family are going to a farm for a corn maze and pumpkin patch

super random I noticed and it's so small is you could use some terrain paint underneath swing sets! remember that like rough patch underneath most swings when you were a kid lol, digging your heels in the ground when you wanted to slow down haha! I think it'd be a cute detail to make the swing set item look more realistic!! but I loved this build so much, definitely got me in the autumn mood

This is out of a sudden but I think stanley humphrey should get a house (maybe a mansion) with every room based of his rags to riches. For example one room filled with dog supplies because if the dog rags to riches. And a cupcake machine room for the cupcake rags to riches. It would be very cool :D

Pro Tip: Farmers usually put down straw or sand on paths between garden patches, so if you can find any flooring or terrain paint that matches straw/sand you can do that :b

As a person who has a barn out back I'm just laughing at Kayla wanting the wood to match in this case. Because in places like this, it never does. And no one notices. It's normal. But also this build is adorable.

A piece of advice: if you're required to put an item but you really don't want to have that item, what I like to do is make a secret basement. Just a single basement room the sims can't access where I pile all the unwanted required items.

I'm in the process of trying to redecorate and remodel every single house on the Sims 4 base game. I'm doing this to get my design skills out there in a new and different way. I want to be a professional interior designer and have been told my whole life the job isn't a good fit for me because of such unrealistic and stupid reasons! I'm almost done with my first house. Every house I design is going on to the gallery page so other simmers can see it and hopefully like it! When I'm completely finished with every house I will share where you can find the houses on one of your videos. I love these videos so much so I really hope you could react to them if you have the time!
