For your items getting deleted when you change parts of your build, Twistedmexi has a mod called better build buy that stops this from happening. Also the mod is really useful for building if you haven't used it already.

Another amazing build. It's 5 p.m, my sims have just gotten off work when it's twilight and are at the best buy getting a new computer mouse and some over priced snacks so they can watch a movie. They'll break down and hit up the McDonald's drive through, too. BTW, I love HEB, I can't wait to see that!

It looks good, but..I'm going to get some heat for this..but, why do these realistic worlds have such saturated color? I've seen a few 'realistic' worlds here on KZfaq. And they all look very saturated. Super bright reds, oranges, blues...very very rich in color. Its kinda hard to look at. I'm sorry. The Sims game isn't this pigmented. Why are the mods?
