BEAUXBATONS - #HarryPotterWorld | Sims 4 Speed Build
Beauxbatons Academy is one of the eleven wizarding schools. It is part of the #harrypotterworld project and should be placed in Brindleton Bay if possible to see it in all it's glory. Have fun exploring this fancy regal palace with it's lush gardens and magical statues.

Beauxbatons Academy of Magic (Académie de Magie Beauxbâtons) was the French wizarding school, located in the Pyrenees mountains of southern France. The school took many of its wizarding students from France, as well as large numbers from Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Belgium. The school's coat of arms consisted of two golden wands crossed over one another, each shooting three stars.

Not really. How do you get from having a decent word building and therefore showing a sneak peek at other parts of the world to official spin offs? There is no character that played a bigger role except for Fleur and Krum that would justify the need for a spin off. And I honestly never felt like Fleur or Krum played such a big role.

Doing films in other schools could enrich the whole lore of "HP" (or maybe more appropriately, Wizarding World) as it could provide us with fresh story and background as opposite to Hogwarts which is already established and build (story wise). I think with good script and characters it would be a very nice de-tour!

@@ducklingscap897 They’re rebooting Harry Potter as a show on HBO Max. I would have rather seen a spin off than a recreation. I’m sure a lot of the dedicated fandom would be into it, because it expands our world.

Is it available to download? My friend’s daughter plays sims. At first I told her no because I don’t have $40. Then she asked her mom to point Facebook messenger video to her laptop of the $7 sale. So I bought 3 for all of us.

i have tried to imagine Beauxbatons and I'm glad you created something i can use as image for how it looks! only thing i remember was clear was that Fleur talked about them not having ugly ghosts or ugly old talking armors. i think she mentioned their Christmas decorations tobe thousands of glistening ice sculptures that didn't melt

Germany has not yet had a wizarding school confirmed by JK Rowling but It may as she is still yet to announce the remaining 3 schools. She has revealed 8 of the major 11 schools. Goblet of Fire says that ‘the three BIGGEST wizarding schools compete in the Triwaizard Tournament’ so there must be at least one more in Europe. Maybe it is in Germany? I hope so!

Honestly this is probably how the palace looks, from pottermore or maybe I read it somewhere else but it's said to resemble the palace of Versailles. Also the three houses I keep seeing for Beauxbaton are Bellefeuille, Ombrelune, and Papillonlisse

KZfaq's recommendations are crazy! I'm getting a new desktop on Thursday and it should be powerful enough (I mean I bought this one exactly so it would be powerful enough) to run this! I was planning on sending all my spellcaster kids to Hogwarts and now I have a special academy for girls too! Love it! Amazing job! I appreciate it so much more since I am French haha

This is so beautiful, and absolutely what I would imagine Beauxbatons to look like! I often see Beauxbatons represented in a style more similar to a Cinderella castle, but I've always thought it would be more like a French palace like this!

Happy you like it. Actually Beauxbatons is mentioned in early 13th century and this baroque rokoko came up centuries later. However I decided against an 13th century castle, since so many, including me, imagined Beauxbatons in this style.

Absolutely incredible! The amount of detail l, especially the roof is magical. Maybe I would use gold-white-blue combination on the interior if possible. I remember beuxbatons girls had blue uniforms and it could be a little easier on eye.

This is absolutely gorgeous! You’re so talented with creating The world of Potter, I immediately subscribed to you. I thought it was really cool how according to Pottermore, Beauxbatons accepts students from several other European countries. Although I actually can’t remember if it said anything about Germany, but I’m sure they would accept you since you’re neighbors with France. 😀

perhaps you could build durmstrang in the snowy escape would, provided there’s a big enough lot (i don’t have the pack so i’m unsure). i always thought it was located in colder temperatures due to their uniform in the films so it could be a thought

Oh mein Gott, es ist so schöööön 😍 Ich würde da so gerne zur Schule gehen haha ^-^ Als du den Garten gebaut hast, hab ich mir vorgestellt, dass die Pferde in den kleinen, mit Büschen eingezäunten Bereichen stehen und die Schüler sie beobachten und streicheln können, während sie im Garten lernen. Wirklich ein wunderschönes Gebäude!!! ❤

oh, it's look like we call "châteaux de la Loire" (Loire river's castels). For example, Chambord or Chenonceau. Very good taste, either outdoor and indoor

All these builds were built by other simmers from the community. Lots of them dont have a youtube channel. So you have to make due with the builds as is. Sorry.

It is supposedly located in the Pyrenees, between Spain and France (much like Andorra), it also is supped to accept, French, Spanish, Italians, Portuguese, Belgians and basically any Romance language speaking wizards, with the exception or Romanians because... they're too far away. I guess, German speaking Swiss and Flemish speaking Belgians don't go there either but I can't be sure. Maybe they learn French/Italian there? Or something? It's very unclear and JKR never cleared anything up anyway.

@@Simproved I did a bunch of Privet Drive lots w/ neighbors units all decorated a few years ago. I did use cc b/c it was just for me as it didn’t seem like anyone else was interested back in 2015, that I could see in the Sims gallery at the time. This Harry Potter project of yours is super cool! I do have my lots in the gallery under #LexLennon if you’re ever interested. You’ll see I have lots of different units because I made ALL of New Crest a muggle town. For a year now, I have been mostly focused on creating, assigning personalities , building relationships, and then killing the sims to build up intricate family trees. I’m currently RE-building my Black/Potter/Weasley/Malloy/Marvolo family tree. I’m having the tree start at the Peverell brothers and filling in gaps w/ necessary yet canonically unmentioned/unnamed characters. As I started I just couldn’t stop laughing as I realized that the story of Harry Potter is just some family spat like a large scale soap opera. 😅 “Like sand through the hourglass ⏳....these are the Days of Our Lives.”
