Nice, man! I used to live in DTLA and I loved it. Moving out here from NYC, it kinda had a similar feel to me and made the transition easier. I miss DTLA sometimes - Spring Street, Fig at 7th, the Bloc. 😆 You should check out Dublin’s bar. Great staff and food. Cheers!

OK friend! Very nice apartment, but if you accept a tip, I would put white light in the kitchen part and remove the yellow light. Its white walls and woody vinyl would match the white light in the kitchen too. Yellow light I would put on the porch.

$3K for 500 sq ft is nuts. LA really is pay to play baller shit. I’m out Inland about an hour East of LA and I pay $2.5K for a 4 bedroom 2400 sqft house. Such a huge difference lol. Also I spotted those Dude Wipes, as a truck driver I used to use those a lot but I recommend the Sam’s Club brand non flushable baby wipes, they’re a bargain and work sooo much better. Hi Mate, just so you know it is use less do drink caffein and creatin at the same time, effects are antagonist. Better use caffein in the morning and creatin by the end of the day :) Nice studio by the way !

$3k for that in LA seems pricey, probably just because of the location because that's bordering on NYC prices. I've always thought it would be cool to live in the Hollywood Hills, the views are incredible. I bet most people are pretty quiet and stick to themselves if you look at the houses driving through the hills it's the first thing you think about it really everything seems hidden away. But if you lived next to some like minded people I bet the weekend pool parties get wild! I know I can never afford a house in the hills but I keep an eye out to rent a pool/guest house for $2,000 lol.

One of the reason I left LA was the overpriced rents! I moved to Thailand and I have a two level duplex apartment for 33,000 Baht which is about $933 US. Get the hell out of the states folks! Thailand I is Amazing! #thebluebooklife
