I actually love lights that have a remote! U can turn it on and off more easy and switch the colours. With other products u would have to go through all the colours before the one u want... Or even before turning it off. So a remote is awesome.

It's just those little cheap remotes that take watch batteries that suck the battery dies so quickly in them when it could easily use one that takes like triple A's or a built in rechargable one or even just app support like the Phillips hue lights. That and certain buttons just randomly stop working on those super cheap rectangle ones, I have less I can't set to red anymore cause the button for red doesn't work but if I cycle thru the colors on noise activated mode they'll still put out red so it's not the strips themselves not working just the remote bugging out even tho nothing has spilled on it or anything like that

yeah because it's literally going to turn into the same formula that all businesses have nowadays. they get the audience first with low prices, then later on become more sophisticated, rich, and with a culture of shoppers they jack up prices. but generally NONE of these tech KZfaqrs should be supporting this site because Congress states there's a high risk of forced labor. quote: “Temu is doing next to nothing to keep its supply chains free from slave labor,” said Representative Mike Gallagher, a Wisconsin Republican who heads the committee. “At the same time, Temu and Shein are building empires around the de minimis loophole in our import rules: dodging import taxes and evading scrutiny on the millions of goods they sell to Americans.”

tbh he shouldn't have included his partner and family into his videos. They can help him make the videos but he shouldn't have shown them. The internet is a terrible place and if he is ever in a controversy or something else his family will on target as well. That includes real life interactions. Some people are insane and have no remorse. They abuse someone's family for the actions of the youtuber. That's a big price you have to pay for being popular on the internet. adding onto this with a quote from NYT (look up "xinjiang working conditions" for context): "The congressional report also criticized Temu’s failure to set up a compliance or auditing system that could independently verify that its sellers were not sourcing products from Xinjiang. Temu told the committee that it had a reporting system that consumers and sellers could use to file complaints, and that it asked its sellers to sign a code of conduct specifying a “zero-tolerance policy” for the use of forced, indentured or penal labor. Temu’s code of conduct also says the company reserves the right to inspect factories and warehouses to ensure compliance. But the code does not mention Xinjiang or the U.S. ban, and Temu told the House committee that it did not prohibit vendors from selling products made in Xinjiang, the report said." What I can actually advise you to do is continue to give this info to other KZfaqrs, tech or otherwise. Even try socials if possible(I would but I refuse to start an X/Twitter account). I bought a few "watches" from Temu. The watches look Richard Mill... sibling made by material from food tin can. I really admired the watch makers. They are really skillful. I gave to my sons but they didn't want. They kids said they have different standard perception.

I think you need to put a pretty heavy duty warning on any video covering TEMU stuff, given that it's very clearly too good to be true. As with Wish, or even Amazon occasionally, the products may be an electrical safety or fire risk. I can't imagine their supply chains are well-audited for labour conditions or environmental sustainabilty, either.

also the infinite mirror. i did that with stormtroopers lego :D and from the wrong angle it does look super impressive. otherwise the phone thing would be a thing i buy. but i already have something similar but only to charge my 2 phones with. set on a timer device. it only charges from 2am to 4am. but thats so it doesnt overcharge on accident.

This confirms what I’ve found to be the case with Temu - On the whole, the quality of their items is a little better than you’re expecting, however they’re only about a third of their anticipated size. (The listings usually include measurements, but as the pictures are usually totally devoid of anything else but the product that my brain can use to (literally) put things in perspective, 12 mm is all but useless to me)

Extremely disappointed to see Arun supporting such a disgraceful organisation. Temu (and Shein) are awful companies with detrimental consequences on the environment and human rights, and should be boycotted at all costs. There is tons of information and video essays out there about their negative impact so there is zero excuse for not knowing. I really expected better from this channel.

Arun, I recommend that you do some research on temu because there have been some shady things that surfaced about the company like LABOR ABUSE, SPYWARE and etc. Temu has been involved in a recent scandal where it was revealed that they were greenlighting and even promoting illegal and counterfeit goods.

I think you are actually right about Temu's business model. Which i think it's good that money goes straight to the manufacturer rather than the middle man. The middle man are usually the ones that make big profit and cutting out the middle person would greatly benefit the manufacturer and consumer. Because at least the $$ is going straight to the manufacturer. Thats why they can sell for low and that is why everytime i wanted to buy something under $30 it would let me know I can't because they can only afford to give you low prices due if the purchase volume is high. Anyway, this was a fun and heartwarming video :D Thanks as always!
