You could extend the water stream and put the cookies into a randomizer to dispence in one of four blocks and at the top, one hopper connects to the dispencer and you copy that four times

Honey blocks are actually 95% of a block so that’s why you have a really low opacity on the outer edge because 5% is gone

You should really use Lightmatica for building. It's a mod that let's you overlay the design of a build into your world and holding right click will place the correct block even if you're not holding the right block, assuming it's somewhere in your inventory.
