11:37 on this topic i would say that there are 2 types of drones, the "basic" drone (the one sypher shot) and the "advanced" drone, and that happens when 2 drones combine each other, this happened to me in game and that drone dropped a purple weapon with an attachment

There is another modification bench at a train station near the snow biome in the vault. You just have to kill the Ai boss and open the vault and there is the modification bench.

Hey Sypher! The one about the turrets ignoring you with the medallion is not just only from that POI, but any medallion. Because I saw you pick up nishas which is the fencing fields medallion and the turret still ignored you. Hope this helps :)
