If the idea for BBI was to make people feel more inclusive ; its not adding more tax burdens on Kenyans like adding more executive positions like more VPs and deputy VPs, adding more constituencies and adding 70 more Mps. This will cost Kenyans billions. To make people feel more inclusive its all about availability of resources. All Uhuru had to do is avail more resources to the ward level where people live and governed like the way cdf funds are adminsitered. Thats it. All those billions that will be used for expanding govt should go to wards. 2. Enforce life style audits and conflict of interest laws. No need for referundums that will cost even more billions. That could have been used to fund wards
