Am glad you have realised that renting a house in Nairobi per MONTH is actually cheaper than going out clubbing per NIGHT 😮😮 that's how cheap accommodation is in Nairobi. And there are very many houses 🏘 for rent in every part of Nairobi, whether you want to live in the North, South, East or West of Nairobi 😊

Great Stuff. Prices have really come down and they will get even lower, because the government has a huge Affordable Housing Program that will lower demand in Private Housing, therefore taking the prices even lower. In Nairobi you do not need AC. Right now it is 64 degrees Fahrenheit. If anything you need a heater when is drops to the 50s. Thank you for the video. All the best!!

As a kenyan who has lived in Kampala for 12 years, i am surprised the cost of living is kinda of going down in Kenya, compared to the neighbouring countries. 10usd of electricity units to last you a month? Wow. I usually spend around 30 usd in a month in Uganda. And those rooms at less than 150usd is very fair.

I've lived and worked in Nairobi all my life and I've never used an AC in my house, office or hotel. The only city that would need AC is Mombasa and other Coastal towns in Kenya. Nairobi has very cool and friendly weather all year round

He also has a Masters in Design from the same University and was a lecturer at the same University Architecture Design and Development School . He founded Tsavo Developers with his wife Emily Mcharo and they have built a sizeable portfolio in the last 20 years . Tsavo National Park straddles the Eastern and Coasts Provinces of Kenya .

Adnan was a lecturer at University of Nairobi School of Architecture . Adnan Abdi graduated top of his class of 1995 at University of Nairobi and a Masters in Architecture at the Bartlett School of Architecture University College London .

He was recipient of Norman T Newton Prize landscape design scholarship prize at Harvard .
