I worked in the Chase Tower for 13 years. We used to go up to the roof during thunder storms. Scared the crap out of us. We also would toss paper airplanes off....they would sail forever. Observation deck is on the 60th floor. United Gas Pipeline, Hughes Tool and Shearson/Lehman Brothers used to be on the top floors. I haven't been down there since 1999.
