You look gorgeous and very femme but Im pretty sure you would have before! Im sure the HRT feels nicer, adds the finishing touches and will protect you from ageing like a man too. As for the chest development, "male" bodies can develop just as big as female ones. I met someone recently who developed huge 38DD's purely on HRT. It did take them tend years between 30-40 to grow that big though.

It is of course interesting to hear how hormones change you physically. My question, however, is how they change you psychologically, what influence they have on how you present and want to continue to present the femininity you have already developed and are developing in public, how you want to present yourself to sexual partners and attract and retain them. Do the hormones also help and bring new insights?

Hi, I was wondering what age/tanner stage you were when starting estrogen? I'm just beginning, cutting into tanner IV AMAB puberty and its already starting to work.

It works about the same for all males. Some may have more symptoms than others, but most of us can only get to Tanner Stage 3 in terms of breast development, and if u quit taking Hrt, it basically goes away. I think I was at ur development, I was 18. For me, that's too young, but some say 21 because that's when u can drink in us. At ur stage of development, its effectiveness doesn't work as well, and u will definitely have to voice train and everything and u might have some facial hair and that dosent go away on hrt, it might thin out. Ur hip bones don't change on Hrt, and ur shoulders dont. To me, it's not worth fighting nature anymore, but Idc, if someone else does, I just don't think it's a long-term solution to gender dysphoria. I mean, it's nice to live out the fantasy and try it and such to figure out yourself a bit more, but after that, it's like what's the point and the disphoria dose crave more even on hrt and the only way to eventually shut it down is to get a bunch of cosmetic work or finally acept ur sex, that's what I've seen and quite honestly chose the latter and took the black pill, I've done it twice now.

You don't need to do any of that stuff. Just be happy as u, I'm just naturally more feminine looking because my dad is. Also, during that time, I was on hrt, but honestly, it really doesn't make u any more feminine. Just shave, have a good skincare, and pluck ur eyebrows, grow ur hair long. None of this stuff ever made me a woman like the title may imply because simply it's impossible and harmful in fact to take hrt long-term. I wish I only knew before I did it, and also accepting yourself how u are is a lot more rewarding as well. In my opinion, don't do the neck surgery it's fine the way it is. That's the message I have on my channel. Cosmetic surgery isn't necessary, and u can be happy without it.

The idea that someone who detransitions is "not a real trans" person is a great way to push an us vs. them type narrative. It's the kind of narrative that ends up with this kind of mess. Which of course this kind of mess, would have your wife murdered. Or executed.

Also most importantly u can't change sex and honesty the pills only have limited changes if u ever been on them and it's much different from what women experience because ur a dude on estrogen. Also the fact is ur delt cards in life and I better hold on to them, I wasn't born a woman as much as I would of wanted and it's Ok for me to accept that it was already too late for me to be it as soon as I was born a male. Also not to mention it's all cosmetic I never could become an actual woman which that's what I wanted not something like that.

If hindsight were 20/20, don't you feel it could've been more rational to have done a little more critical research and have self-diagnosed yourself with autogynephilia (of all things; controversial but congruent), which would've opened the channel for you to have experimented with crossdressing (the safest alternative) and attain what was your desired "gender-expression" at this time, regardless? For example; you could've invested in sillicone breastplates of your size-liking, (it's an easy purchase online) along with wigs, dresses, makeup, hair removal creams, etc. and practiced your female/falsetto voice naturally (through actual effort, dedication, and years of practice)-rather than going on HRT (a permanent pseudo-steroid on the biology/function of your body itself). I don't mean to be insensitive with my comment! I totally understand that what's done here-is done here. This comment is being posted moreso out of concern, and educational reasoning. What's my point? HRT is such a powerful/life-altering drug, and it often isn't even needed in the first place (if you're truly determined) to achieve the most attainable (and convincing) results! Perception is reality, and presentations are no exception to the rule. This is the truth, people. I'm not a medical healthcare professional or anything, but hypothetically speaking; you would now need to go on testosterone for the same amount of time you were on HRT-in hopes of reversing whatever is salvageable _(if you do feel that's necessary.)_ I just find it fascinating (and terrifying) how many people are so quick to tow the line; pertaining to such drastic, self-inflicted changes to their bodies. And I do hope that's ultimately not a gateway for regret _(though it so often is!)_ Do we really hate ourselves (the physical bodies we were born into) that much? And if so-what's the deeper reason behind that feeling? There are better (and more healthy) means to an end here; it all begins with common sense (and raising awareness). Thanks for sharing your story! We're all survivors, and I do hope my comment enlightens you in some way :c)

I feel most of this now after going through what I did, and I have detransioned because i wanted to finally accept im a guy. BTW I had already gone through basically all of male puberty before I transitioned u could get that voice with practice, and it wasn't falsetto. My voice is one of my most flexible muscles. Since I detransioned, I don't think there's one way to be a man, and there's so many ways to express yourself, I like doing a lot of the more nonconforming things to feel normal. I don't think i was autogynephilia. To me, i never had an attraction to myself looking like a woman, i was very separated from my body during this time and kinda on defense what i was attracted to, i think i might be bi, what i find attractive in womens bodies never would of happened to my own anyways.🦎🌱✨️

Yes, however, they honestly didn't care if I had gd and didn't try to figure out why i had it and why it was so intense, I went to three different psychologists when I was 16 because of it and none of them even so far as addressed it, health care got to love it. I detransioned and got off the pills they didn't fix my disphoria unfortunately, or my life for that matter like I thought that they would and it was sold as the cure it's not a cure and was a bandaid to the situation.

Also, why is gender such an identity, what about race or age, should we start doing that too. How can someone feel like a girl after never being one before or never. When I heard the last question from others, I usually said I wanted to look like one physically, but another thing, what's the point in looking like a woman when u will never be one. How can we tell who a good man will be and let them in women's spaces, we can't. That's why we have sex segregation, to protect women and girls from males. I'm not transphobic. Let's say ur definition of transition is mtf or ftm. Well, u never can truly go from one sex to another, so by that definition, it doesn't exist. However, if I said ur a male on estrogen and testosterone blockers, that makes 100% more sense. Not that I don't believe in transition, I just don't medically, if all it was all just social again like it used to, and no one was breaking sex segregation, I would be totally fine with it and call u she/her cuz u wouldn't be breaking rules and harming urself. I would even protect men like u if u went into our spaces again, but since it's like this rn, I will continue to push against it, and to me, I only support lgb. I also support s but s never faced drawbacks to it. That's where my headspace is at. There are too many holes in this ideology for to make sense, I think lawmakers are just trying to be nice, but nice can only get u so far, to it's logical conclusion, nice dosent solve the problem.
