On the second day of my trip to Germany, I drove on the highway for the first time in years, drank some questionable water, and climbed a watchtower to try and overcome my panic disorder with agoraphobia.

Your videos are so inspirational. I have been struggling with health anxiety since my friend died rather suddenly of cancer in 2016. Your videos make me realize what I experience is normal and I'm not alone. Thank you for the videos and congrats on the progress you've made.

I experienced that too when my friend died of cancer in 2013. It’ll pass.

@@Sirie7206 how long did it take for it to pass? It's been 7 years and seems like it's here to stay.

I felt a bit puzzled at first that you're scared of hights or anything really. This because you ooze so much self-confidence and look so cool and steady. Well that was until you started climbing that staircase... Then it obviously hits me that anyone can have fairs of something 😉. You did great though.

You are really brave to face things head on as you did here. Very brave indeed. I was totally freaking out as you climbed those stairs, let alone being in that open landing space !

I think your progress is incredible. Do you have the support of therapists too or do you do this solo with your own research and stuff? Xx

I have had a lot of therapy, I don't have one currently but exposures like this were part of my 'homework'.
