For maggi ayam: my recipe 1. Pour a lil of oil, saute some garlic (as much as u like) until fragrance 2. Add water enough for the maggi, dont be cheap with the broth..but not too much or else it will be bland.... let it boil 3. Put maggi & powder in 4. Add vege 5. Add egg 6. Ready to eat Adjust to taste: add chilies if u like it spicy

The fun thing about Maggi is that they're like a blank canvas, anything you add to it moderately will be nice. Maybe iChang should do your own experimentation with Maggi! And yeah have to agree, the heat on the pan is not enough!! 🤣🤣

This maggi kari is so special to Malaysian Even I'm in Singapore, I also cannot tahan craving to have maggi kari. Malaysian favorite all time 💕 Maggi also have flavour Asam Laksa and Tom Yum 😋. Never felt boring la confirm!

When I was in primary school we used to buy Maggi and brought it to school and eat it like a snack,we crunch the noodle in the packet and put the seasoning inside and eat it like a chips,it's crispy and very satisfying,we usually eat it at recess if the food at the canteen was not good

When you don't have the "jet fire" at home to get your wok boiling , you could use a lid cover to keep the heat within to get the boiling effect. Btw, the stock wasn't enough, ought to top up , that's why you ended up with a drier noodle when it should be a noodle soup dish.

A tip : You could soften the "mee" separately to avoid the soup become thick. Furthermore, doing this will "wash" away the chemicals or anything from the factory. It is arguably "healthier" way...

Hello. I'm from Malaysian. The most simple way to eat maggi is you follow the recipe write on the maggi pack. Just put the maggi on the bowl and put a boiled water. After that wait for 3 to 5 minutes then you may eat it. The best time to eat maggi using this recipe when its rainy. Feel it.

Maggi is perfect to be eaten on rainy days. Just regular maggi with adding in chilly and egg will taste so delicious. You can try maggie tomyam as well, but curry is always the best 😊

I prefer if have more kuah (soup). To have more kuah, usually I will boil the noodle separately. Later, I will mix the kuah and the noodle (noodle only) in a bowl.

Student: maggi for life!! Before we start new semester at university, we used to brought loads of maggi and keep it in our drawer. the roomates will ask, "who have the maggi?", they will pay for it😂😂our precious maggi😂. i used to cook maggi with egg only, since we don't have stove in our room which is not allowed.. Then we moved to rent house, and my housemate used to cook it and we eat together while sharing how bad and fun our day was. Missing all the housemates badly🤗🤗😥. Ichang and Jimmy your maggi looks tempting, and luxury with all the seafood. Im glad finally you got maggi there. So sedap🤗😋😍

Maggi ayam suggestion: buy ready made carbonara sauce or any creamy sauce (or make your own), heat it up in a pan, add mushroom if you like, dilute with a little chicken stock, add the maggi powder, then add the noodles. in my family, maggi ayam is only for kids who can't take spicy food (yet). Adults in our family don't eat maggi ayam 😂

This is an official meal for students in Malaysia especially during broke with no money to spend on good foods. This is the real savior for the hunger. We just boil hot water and put the Maggie in the hot water. That's it. Nothing else. The taste... It's heaven man. Even right now when we already can afford to have good meal, yet we still keep Maggie in our kitchen. Never forget your roots.

I always put egg, mustard leaves (sawi), black pepper, sesame oil & spring onion for Maggi Ayam to eat when I feel sick & only want light food! Put extra broth since Maggi Ayam is on the salty side. Good to try if you want something light & peppery~

The reason why 1 packet is not enough; you can add on other ingredients e.g. egg, vegetables etc to make it a complete meal. By the way, Maggi Kari is just too spicy for me. Normally, I just use half of the seasoning powder and just add on other condiments e.g. ketchup, soy sauce, fish sauce etc....and the taste is never got wrong with Meggi...

For Maggie Ayam 1. Throw 2 packet noodles in hot water and drain it when it’s cooked 2. Beat 3 eggs with the packet of Maggie Ayam seasoning (you will have 2 packets since you threw 2 noodles) 3. Mix your cooked noodle into the seasoning & eggs filling 4. Fry your noodle with oil (like pancake ) , flip both sides 5. Turn off fire when the noodle & mixture of eggs turned light brown 6. Served when it’s hot , I used to eat it as snacks Gambateh!

I would normally cook it first with shallots and bird eye chillies, stir fry till fragrant with a lil oil, add water, powder, and 2packs of noodles. Once it starts to sizzle, i will then add in egg into it and close lit with slow fire. Fishball or crab sticks and veg are optional. Ready to serve once the noodle n egg starts to look edible. By the way im from Singapore.

I like to boil my vegetable and protein(chicken/squid/fishball/anything) with the maggi seasoning and when it soften enough I add the noodles, eggs and you’re done! The seasoning really seep into them nicely 👍🏻

the maggi you guys made looks so delicious! by the way, i think you guys should put more water or the soup stock into the pan when cooking. Also, for 3 packets of maggi, probably only need to use 2 packets of the curry powder because already using the chicken stock for the soup.

Maggi is very close to malaysian's heart regardless the status.Even super rich people living at Bukit Tunku will eat maggi at 3.30am if feel hungry..Back in the boarding school,Maggi Baldi is a must menu and always be the most delicious maggi in the world..😂😂

Maggi + hot water only for those with no idea of food. Instant noodles for students & others with no time to think of eating well. Btw, yr cooking pan is too shallow to take in more soup for the amount of ingredients & the Maggi mee to cook well some more.

My favourite is to add tomato ketchup instead of chilli sauce. It balances the spiciness and gives some tangy taste. Delicious! 🤤

Tonight when I just now finished cooking and eating Maggie Kari,than i saw this video of you both cooking Maggie Kari too ! The Maggie noodles in my tummy almost came out when Jimmy was choke while having his first bite ! Hahaha....

I bet you will like the taste if you follow this step...(i always cook it during highschool) 1. Pour hot water into the 1 packet of Maggi kari (until the noodle is soak). 2. After 2 minutes, filter the noodle. (the reason is to remove the wax from the noodle so it get better taste) 3. After that, put the seasoning on the noodle 4. Then, pour about 150ml of hot water 5. Finally enjoy the instant noodle

That step only acceptable for Hot Cup Maggi. Maggi Kari need at least to fry shallot first before adding water to the pot, add the noodle and egg after it start boiling

Sieve not filter. Sieve tu tapis atau penapis sayur yg digunakan di dapur. Filter tu penuras atau penapis cecair spt minyak dan air.

There is no wax in the instant noodles. Although the soup made using water from the first round of noodle cooking tastes better, I still discard that to avoid the excess oil and salts from the noodles. Just pretend its healthier that way.

I always get so excited everytime u post a new video. 😆 please do more cooking video ! Btw, maggie kari is a must have instant noodle in every malaysian house.. malaysians used to call all the instant noodle as maggie, eventhough it is from a different brand 🤣
