小学校生の時に母に連れられて観に行った初めてのミュージカル映画です。ストーリも音楽の楽しさも全く分かりませんでしたが映像の美しさヘップバーンの服装の美しさにはウットリしました。今、母は病状が深刻ですが、この映画を観ると楽しかった子供の頃を思い出します。最初の声楽の発表会では｢I could have dance all knight｣を歌いました。やはり、ずーと、この歌が好きだったのだと思います😊

I love Ms. Ambrose's interpretation of this song! Her voice is beautiful and fits Eliza well. She's stunning. 😍❤

Oooohhhh it's tricky, it's all in the eyebrows and forehead. Maybe she's trying so hard to perform well, the singing seems disconnected from the rest of the song... but it totally fits the theme of the song, where she's still living in this moment that she wishes she hadn't left.

From Argentina Lauren Ambrose I fell in love with the interpretation she does, it was the fault of "loving Leah" magnificent. What a complete star.

At the risk of repeating, I prefer Ms. Ambrose's interpretation. Her singing and expressions put an appropriate hint of longing into the words and melody that I prefer over the relentless bubbliness of the film version.

Her voice designing is so strange such as using the vibration, rubato, and intensity. This music piece is for Broadway musical not the opera, singing lively and naturally is more important than trying to show off many technics !

This is older Broadway, not modern -- operetta, which is just opera with some spoken lines. She's perfect -- following in the footsteps of Julie Andrews who was the original Broadway (and London) Eliza.
