Hello everyone! In this week's video, I create a visual novel or dating simulator because I am single on Valentine's Day. To do this I will use the app Kocho. Kocho lets you create visual novels with no coding. Also, it's free so that's nice. I also use Clip Studio Paint and ibis Paint X.

When I try to name my characters something unique I just find a random object in my room and name it after that while also rearranging the letters a bit to make it sound more human like. For example I see a chair in my room. Thus i shall name you chairic. Why are we still here..... just to suffer

*I forgot your name-* : "Liam" Me: *flashbacks of my "mind control phase"* Oh here we go again- ( I used to have this Mind Control phase since I wished everyone could do what I wanted them to and I had this character called Liam who was mind controled to be a boyfriend to a character called Ana. Ana is always the villan and there is no hero to save the day since pretty much everyone is under her control.)

This was so cute! Love the little short story, just one critique I’d add. Add a scene where the protagonist is looking at clouds/sky. I’ve played tons of visual novels and it’s a staple in all of them which I think is funny. Happy Valentines Day Rebekah 💖

You can actually adjust the characters' positions vertically if you change from default to custom :000

For an extra tip for if you plan on doing more of this when ever our character is thinking you could put ( ) so it doesn't get mixed up with the dialogue for example: (I wonder if I mad the right choice..) like that

I think I might wanna try doing this, cuz i LOVE writing, especially fiction scripts, and i would probably take the story REALLY far. But my art, really needs work. Thats why I watch your videos!
