@@Dragnulls the problem is that while you go this way and "go atheist", we are struck with another difficulty: reality is not that great as people want it to be. We still have infinite supply of unknown that destroys your self-esteem, and the only possibilitiy of avoiding questions about the "meaning" of life or any of your actions is to replace them with "pursue of knowledge", though only the knowledge that avoids those unanswered questions people want to know. Is that better than religion? We just replaced one false belief with another. I don't mean pursue of knowledge is bad, cause is there objective "bad"?, and that goal rarely contradicts religions. It simply seems like people need some lies to continue on living, might it be ignorance, false belief or organized religion. Kevin is rather theocratic leader, if you think about it.
